3. Copyright and labelling law
In all publications the author endeavours to comply with the copyright regulations for any graphics, sound recordings, video sequences and copy used, to use graphics, sound recordings, video sequences and copy produced by himself, or to make use of graphics, sound recordings, video sequences and copy that are not under copyright. Any protected brand names and trademarks mentioned in the Internet offering are subject, without restriction, to the provisions of the applicable trade mark regulations and the proprietary rights of the registered owner concerned. No conclusion should be drawn from a mere mention that that a trade mark is not protected by third party rights! The sole copyright for published objects produced by the author remains vested in the author. Such graphics, sound recordings, video sequences and copy may not be duplicated, processed or reproduced, without the express agreement of the author.
4. Data Protection
Where, within the Internet offering, there is an opportunity to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses) the divulging of such data by the user is on an expressly voluntary basis. The utilisation of and payment for all services offered, is provided it is technically feasible and reasonable allowed even where such data is not given, or where anonymised data or a pseudonym is given. Contact data published under the imprint or similar information such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and emails may not be used by third parties to transmit unsolicited information. We reserve the right to take legal steps against senders of so-called ″spam″ emails in breach of this prohibition.
5. Effectiveness in law of this liability exclusion
This liability exclusion is to be considered as a component of the Internet offering, from which you have been referred to this page. Should any part of or any wording within this text not apply, or no longer apply, or should not to apply in full, the remaining parts of the document shall remain unaffected as to their content and validity.
