The aim of the workshop is firstly to teach the theoretical basics and individual questions of private construction law relevant to the exam. The material will be clearly explained by one of our lawyers using a PowerPoint presentation. Materials will be provided for independent repetition of the material.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3rd part: Get-together (from approx. 4.00 pm)<\/u><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This will be followed by a negotiation simulation (mock trial) to reinforce what has been learnt. Our participants will be given a case and assigned the role of plaintiff\/defendant. The court will be staffed by lawyers from our firm. During a preparation period, an experienced lawyer will be on hand to advise you as a coach. During the following trial simulation, the parties will exchange their arguments under the direction of the court and can apply the knowledge they have acquired in practice.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The negotiation simulation will be followed by a get-together with the opportunity to talk to the firm's lawyers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
