Breyer Rechtsanwälte (“Breyer”) is a German law firm that operates nationally and internationally exclusively in the fields of private and public construction law, public procurement law and real estate law.

A total of 28 lawyers work for the firm at its offices in Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin. Breyer is also present in Paris (France) and New York (USA) as a member of the exclusive cooperation “Leading Construction Alliance” (LCL), which consists of the leading international construction law firms Altana (Paris), Breyer (Stuttgart), the US law firm Peckar & Abramson (New York) and the consulting and dispute resolution company PS Consulting (Paris). The newly founded LCL Alliance covers the need in the construction and infrastructure sector for multinational top-level advice and at the same time forms an international forum for solving problems typical of the industry. In total, the LCL Alliance has more than 130 consultants.
