‘Bundesbau' signs IPA contract drafted by Breyer Rechtsanwälte PartmbB for new building for the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM)

Bundesbau Baden-Württemberg (BBBW) is realising a new building for the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) in the Berlin-Adlershof Technology Park using integrated project management (IPA).

The contract volume for the new building with the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben as the client is around 200 million euros. Breyer Rechtsanwälte PartmbB is providing legal advice on the contract design and project implementation.
