Germany's best lawyers 2018
In 2018, Dr Wolfgang Breyer (6 times) and Dr Michael Burdinski (4 times) were once again named one of Germany's best lawyers in the field of construction law by Handelsblatt and its renowned cooperation partner, the US publishing house Best Lawyers.
ICLA Construction Law Conference in Moscow on 16 and 17 October 2018
The ICLA Moscow 2018 conference (the 5th bi-annual ICLA conference) will be a rare opportunity to compare the approaches of a variety of jurisdictions and legal families (including Russian, Chinese, French, German and English) on a wide range of construction law topics.
Nanjing Sessions
At the invitation of Prof Huang, Dr Breyer is currently giving a lecture at Southeast University Nanjing, China, on the adaptation of FIDIC contracts to national law and practice. At the same time, a training course on risks and avoidance measures in international construction projects is being held with participants from the Chinese construction industry.
