At the invitation of Prof Huang, Dr Breyer is currently giving a lecture at Southeast University Nanjing, China, on the adaptation of FIDIC contracts to national law and practice. At the same time, a training course on risks and avoidance measures in international construction projects is being held with participants from the Chinese construction industry.
