Dr Breyer taught 12 students the basics of private construction and works contract law relevant to the exam in a theoretical session in the morning. The knowledge acquired was then applied in practice by means of an original exam exam in a negotiation simulation led by two lawyers.
Afterwards, the students rounded off the day with a get-together with the firm's lawyers.
