During the in-depth break-out sessions in the afternoon, Wolfgang Breyer and Aaron Weber from ALHO Systembau GmbH discussed target costing in the Projekt ITZ Bund in Ilmenau praktisch beleuchtet und Erfahrungen aus der Projektbegleitung geteilt.
This was followed by a panel discussion with Steffen Hantschick from DB InfraGO, Nina Baden-Wassmann, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Mike Gralla and Lars Peter, moderated by Paul Oschatz, in which key learnings from existing projects and best practices for target cost calculation were discussed.
