Prof Dr Mark von Wietersheim has been managing director of the non-profit forum vergabe e.V. since 2009. In his work as a lawyer and as an in-house lawyer in the DB Group for many years, he has supervised a large number of construction and infrastructure projects and the associated contract awards. For several years, he was involved in the DVA's main committee on the updating of VOB/A and VOB/B. Prof Dr von Wietersheim is an honorary professor at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. He has contributed to numerous events and publications on the topics of private construction law and public procurement law. From now on, Prof Dr Mark von Wietersheim will develop the new national office in Berlin and enrich the Breyer Rechtsanwälte team with his experience and excellent skills.
